Annual Conference Postponed

The Denning Law Journal 2007 annual conference has been postponed and will now not take place on 27th September at the Law Society in London. Further details of the revised date are to be advised.

The Journal is named after probably the most famous British judge of the 20th Century, Lord Denning, OM, Master of the Rolls.

The Denning Law Journal is a general, peer reviewed legal journal that publishes original articles, book reviews and case notes that seek to promote the values cherished by Lord Denning:

             Freedom of the individual

             Independence from state intervention

             Preservation of human rights

Preserving the traditions of judicial independence,

             integrity and creativity

             Libertarianism

In addition to publishing articles the journal and its website contain sections devoted to recent legislation and reports, case analysis and book reviews.

Founded in 1985 and now published by the University of Buckingham Press The Denning Law Journal has an international editorial board and is expanding to become a quarterly publication. Building on the success of the 1999 Denning Symposium the journal hosts an annual conference.
